One of the things that the Bob and Sherry show has covered extensively is the modern life

conundrum of being unable to find something that you and your

partner will both like to watch, even though we have more things to watch and more channels

and more options than ever before in human history. And critics say that we're in a golden

age of television. And yet, we're all watching the same Big Bang Theory reruns over and over

again because we can't agree on anything, right? We've talked about this. So last night,

we're eating dinner. And my husband says, is there a new show that we could start watching? And I said,

I've given up on watching shows with you because you reject everything I suggest. And he said, that is not true. I said, I've given up on watching shows with you because you reject everything I

suggest. And he said, that is not true. I said, yeah, it is. I've started just watching things without you.

You didn't want to watch Squid Game, even though you would have loved it. You didn't want to watch

Maid, even though it was amazing. You didn't want to watch Shitt's Creek. You didn't want to watch

Bridgeton. And he goes, I bet you can't name three shows right now that you want to watch that I'll say no to. I said, no, you're right. I can't name three shows. I can name half a dozen. He goes, I dare you. I said, really? Well, I triple dog dare you to sit here. Are you ready? And don't lie to me.

He said, yeah, what's the first show you'd like to watch?

I said, I'd like to watch Station 11 on HBO Max.

He goes, what's that about?

I said it's based on a book that I really loved.
