From WBEZ Chicago, I'm Greta Johnson, and this is the Nerdat Book Club. It's just like a regular book club, except sometimes the author stops by. It is somehow already December of the year 2022. And our book club selection this month is Ernan Diaz's trust. This is a book best enjoyed with as few preconceived notions as possible. So all I'm going to say is this. Trust is in many ways four separate versions of the same story.

It is a novel. There's an unfinished memoir. There's a story of a ghostwriter. And then a series of journal entries.
