Summary

Ultimate nice guy Actor Nelson Franklin drops by the balcony this week.

They jump right into their first meeting… and why Rick doesn’t remember it. Nelson expresses his appreciation for Rick’s confidence in uncomfortable situations.

Nelson discusses being on heavy hitting shows like The Office, Black•ish, Veep, New Girl, and the magic that happens when you film three in one day. He also divulges on his worst career moment… a failed Curb Your Enthusiasm audition and they both share stories about the audition process of the greatest show of all time.

Nelson recounts his Tisch schooling, why he started doing drama in High School (hello, ladies) and how it opened him up from a shy “nerd” to doing improv and dabbling at Stand Up in NYC.

We also get to hear about the upcoming Netflix film he did with none other than Jason Mamoa and how its his first serious role.
