Garrus, and this is Post-Mortem.

What did you do during the pandemic?

Yes, I know it's not over yet, and as a matter of fact, just as I'm recording this,

Los Angeles has just reinstituted the mask mandate.

But life is slowly getting back to an altered new normal.

People are going back to work, getting on planes, traveling, going to restaurants and movies.

It's been bad.

I've had a couple of friends hit hard by the virus, even spending a couple of months

on a ventilator in the hospital.

Film and television production has resumed, though not at a hundred percent.

Friends have been shooting in Canada where there's been a two-week hotel quarantine for traveling cast and crew

before they can report to work.

Production protocols have tightened, and filmmaking has hopefully gotten safer.

But at least for a year or so, work and play have been at a standstill.

How have you been handling it?

For me, it's been a time of writing rather than directing, writing stories and screenplays,

creating series, Bibles, hiking, reading, watching movies at home, eating lots of takeout.
