Hello everyone, fellow time travelers I've elected to interview another

fascinating inspirational person full of information and insight I will I'll say right off the top this moment that if I was a

character in A. A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh I'd be Eor.-o-o-ish person I'm pessimistic by nature and fortunately I'm married to

somebody who's optimistic by nature and she she carries me along but my life is is punctuated by by moments where I feel desperate

Because left to my own devices, I tend to look towards shadows and I'm aware that that's

not entirely healthy for a person.
