we ended in Nehemiah chapter 9 we sort of just stuck our toe in the water of a recounting of Jewish history here.

And we got to verse six where we were talking about creation. this is a what is this a sort of like a prayer I guess

sort of telling God what he already knows but it's good for you to tell him that you know it and so

they're gonna do the whole history here and and that's what

we're going to join them in.

Yeah, it's just I love this aspect of the way the Bible often ouches the language of prayer. I mean typically we think about prayer as you know we're asking or we're confessing our sins or whatever it might be but a lot of times in the Psalms anyway when

you have prayer or praise actually what you're doing is yeah you're telling God

this is who you are and this is what you've done but in so doing you're

praising him yeah so it's the idea of I'm I'm going to recount to you who you are and what you've done and in that way I'm I'm confessing I'm praising I'm giving

thanks to you for all of all of who you are and all that you that you've done for me and for and for you people.

So it starts out in verse six with creation talking about God is the alone is the

one who made heaven, earth, seas, and host of heaven is worshiping him, and he preserves all of them.

So that's just, verse six, and that's just kind of the opening element of creation. There's nothing more that's said about
