Let me tell you why you should have a real physical Bible.

Okay, if you have it on your phone or iPad, no guilt, no shade, but here's why you need a real, actual, analog, not digital, physical, leather bound. Doesn't have to be leather bound. But it helps Bible. Number one, when you have one of these,

that's all it is. You can't get a text on it. You can't get a phone call on it. You can't get an

email on it. You can't search something else on it, that's all it is.

The only text you get is God giving you a text.

So that's one reason. The other reason a physical, actual Bible is important is it's a gauge. It's a record of your growth. Over time,

it gets marked up, little notes get put in it, and you can look back over that, and you can see

how the Lord has spoken to you, and you kind of gauge your own growth. It's like those doorways that you mark when your kids grow

another couple inches and you look at it over time. Oh, I remember when he was that size and then she

was that size. So a Bible, an actual Bible is like that. You can gauge your own spiritual growth.
