I watch Pulp Fiction the other day, I don't recommend it because it's just, I mean we've talked about this, I don't recommend it because it's just I mean we've talked about this I don't want to pick

that man I just I don't know we have whatever different sense watch the things that makes sense for you but I watched

Pulp Fiction it's from 1994 and I was blown away by how long the credits went now fortunately the music was great and it had just enough quirk that I could work with that old throwback to mountains of credits before anything happens in a

movie, but that was sort of the end of it.

After Pulp Fiction, they went to getting right into the show or giving you something on the front end or at least giving you action

with credits over the top of that and now you tend to just jump right into a movie and then you

get a cool opening credits sequence that doesn't always work because some of the prologues are boring and they don't know what to do with

a prologue, but I'm telling you my friends, some people in the age of post-open with just boring words on-screen credits and the age of post open with just boring words on screen credits and the age of have a

prologue to get the audience enticed?

Oh boy, do they know what they're doing?

Prime example, Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol, that's the one from

2011. I have no idea what number that is. I got seven of those? Eight of those?

They have a lot of Mission Impossible's and they're all really good. No, that's not true. The one with all the doves the John Wu one. I didn't like that one very much but Ghost Protocol. It's great. And do you remember this prologue? Because it just lights the room on fire.

I mean, that's actually kind of what happens in the prologue.

I was being metaphorical, but it actually,

that literally happens too.

It's the one that opens in the Russian prison and Ethan Hunt is in there and

Benji Simon Peg is working the computers and they're clearly gonna break him out and to break him out

They put on this Dean Martin song and they play it through and that's

the countdown so you got to get out of there before the Dean Martin song's over and
