reaming their own citizens good and hard, because California made it very hard to find oil and gas and run oil and gas operations within their state. Regulations just drove those out of existence, along with their refiner. So California actually has to buy, believe it or not, they don't buy some of their product from U.S. abundant sources of gas and petroleum products. They have to import it by ship in competition with everybody
