It's something that you're going to do really easily just by reframing something

existing in your life. This is a little visualization. I want you to picture yourself and how you imagine yourself and all of your strengths and your qualities and who you decide to act as.

And picture that person as a pie chart. I know that's not very sexy, but let's just say you have a billion different kind of ratios that are sectioned out of your person.

shift I want you to do this week and a way to frame it in your mind so that it's not something negative, it's something

actually really cool and it means you get to keep that part of you that is this pie thread that says a little lazy sometimes and loves wine.

For example, let's say you every day go buy a Chai Lautet and it's like $8. Maybe it's not $8 maybe it's like $4. And you do that every single day and at some

point in your life you really loved it and you're like this is such a treat and maybe now it's just
