Hi everyone, it's Dr. Nogro again with our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

I always like to start each episode with, you know, our appreciation and gratitude for all of our followers here in the United States and internationally.

And, you know, the feedback I get from a lot of people who listen to the program is how you've been able to integrate stuff I've talked about into your personal lives, into your clinical practice, into your education.

So last week I talked about, you know, things that angry people say.

And a lot of people interestingly reached out with, you know, obviously thanks and gratitude for that.

And I think, you know, what I, and from talking with people was kind of, you know, when you hear somebody else,

whether it's myself or someone else, say something that is outside the context of what you may be experiencing, if it's, you know, in being involved with somebody in this case with, you know, anger issues or says things in a kind of

dismissive tone. I think what people, you know, my summary of it, I think is what people

realize is, whoa, yeah, I kind of stopped and took a second look and realized this is what's going on in my life.

And Sud Insight is incredibly powerful, but can be incredibly painful at the same time.

You know, the realization that, you know, the world that we're

living in our own little microcosm or world that maybe there are some dents and cracks

that we can no longer ignore.

And kind of got me thinking about, you know, other topics and, you know,
