a conversation about who you are, what you were created to do, where you want to do it,

and how to get there.

It is about your purpose, and your purpose is not about you, it's about others.

We believe here in the Ken Coleman show that you were created a fill of unique role in and

through your work.

That means you are needed, tremendously valuable.

But it also means that you must do it.

I don't think this is an option for you to check the box or not.

And I think you know this too, because if you're not doing work, that really matters to

you, work that you were created to do in your sweet spot, using what you do best, to

do work you love to produce results that matter to you.

Then I would posit, and I think you would agree, that you're not very happy in your work,

which means you're not very happy in your life.

Something is missing, and I can tell you what it is, it's that contribution, that contribution

that we all long to make to this world.

Get out there needs us to be the best version of us.

And if we're not doing that, something's missing.
