So you're ready to go out for a night on the town. What's one thing that could

dampen your spirits? Don't even think about parking here. Uh-huh. Gotcha. Oh, no, officer. I was

thinking of something else. Oh, yeah? What's that old saying? A good parking spot is hard to find.

Well, earlier this month, Apple decided to do something about it.

Apple Maps launched a new feature that allows users to find and pay for parking all from the app.

It's a partnership with Parking App Spot Hero, and it's currently available to iPhone and Mac users in the U.S. and Canada.

Users can search destinations in Apple Maps, like they usually do, and then be taken to a

Spot Hero page where they can see what parking is available and book it ahead of time.
