necromancy is bringing somebody who is dead back to life at least that is the

most basic way of looking at it there's all kinds of, the magical scores are arbitrary after all.

But it is considered by many to be a type of conjuration.

Other people associate it with mysticism because that can involve similar elements.

Ever since I said the dark arts are just constantly hearing like Snape's voice in my thing

I'm just hearing pot oh I like it anyway so necromancy manipulation of the soul seems to be

of mortals specifically yes but there seems to be a little bit of weird crossover and stuff which we'll get to.

Like there is some interesting definitions of necromancy.

And also like necromancy in recent years, aka Skyrim, has been most closely associated with conjuration.

But beforehand, it was mysticism.

And from a law perspective, this makes a lot more sense where we go back to the history

of necromancy and with Manamako on the Cidicorder.

But we can get into that as we go, but we'll stick with the basics for a moment.

So surprisingly, it's pretty frowned upon.

I mean, it does depend on what culture you come from, but generally speaking, pretty much all of the cultures frown upon necromancy.
