societal impact and implications and apparently yesterday. There was a volleyball game. Yeah, that is the key word here. A volleyball game. Yes. At the University of Nebraska in Omaha

that had 92,000 and three fans attend the game. Yeah, it's a lot. It was an outdoor game too. It looks like they had it in the football stadium. Yes.

A football, it was at the football stadium and it is the largest women's sports event in terms of attendance ever. Apparently, and I had no idea about this until I saw this article.

volleyball is huge in the state of Nebraska. Apparently with 92,000 three people filling memorial stadium for their match and they put all sorts of effort into this. This is a long build up.

To get 92,000 and three people do attend the previous record for a woman's sporting event was 91,648. It was April of last year in Barcelona, Spain for a soccer match. Did I say that right? It's a match, right? Yeah.

Match. Kyleen is in here today and she will be very angry if I get that wrong because she plays soccer. And so it blew this out of the water. And I'm sitting there watching this going.

They got 92,000 and three people to go see people play volleyball. What's the population of the entire state of Nebraska? Probably not much more than 92,000 and three. Right. Okay. So

what the capacity for this stadium is only 85,000 so they so they won't well over capacity standing room only. Well, clearly they reconfigured obviously the stadium to fit this soccer match or it's a volleyball match. It's also a match for volleyball too, right? Yes.

Now, here's what also blew my mind. So the tickets were originally priced at $25 for general admission adults.

$5 for high school students and younger. So if you were a college kid, then you had to pay adult price. So it doesn't appear that there was any discount if you're a University of Nebraska student or whatever.

The secondary market sold for as much as $400. Wow. So if you got a ticket for $25 depending on where it was, you could have conceivably

resold that even though there were 92,000 to three people. This is how hot this ticket was for $400 and made a gargantuan profit. So two parted question Casey. Okay. Number one, what's the largest attended event you've ever been at in person. Okay.

And number two, what's the most stupid amount of money you've paid you've paid to attend something in person? Largest event probably would have been a football game at the big house University of

The they create like noise records and stuff. That's how many people go. Um, how was it? Oh, it was fun. I mean, I had never been to the big house. It was the first time there. So that was fun.

Did you look around and say, oh, my gosh, look at all these people. I can you tell from the stadium? Oh, yeah, sometimes it's hard to tell based on the, you know, schematics of a stadium.
