Again, Bo and I, this was all done in one sit down.

We sat and talked for a little over three hours.

I figured we wanted to break this up for you guys.

On today's part two of the recap pod, we dive into recruiting and the top three position groups that we think this team needs to address here in the offseason when they hit the recruiting trail.

Bo dives into and gives us his thoughts on the importance of winter conditioning.

We also look at where this staff, and in particular, Scott Frost, need to kind of look in the mirror

and maybe try to improve or do things maybe slightly different moving forward.

And then a really interesting conversation that Bo and I had about Tommy Frazier's tweet being a little critical of Scott Frost.

Certainly a lot to unpack there.
