Nebius takes off on a major AI deal with Microsoft.

Novartis goes shopping in biotech, and Nilsson says YouTube's NFL debut was a hit.

We'll begin with the deal between Nebius Group and Microsoft.

Nebius is on the come-up this morning. It's on the biggest movers list.

Nebius is of 49% in pre-market action after the company signed an agreement with Microsoft to provide

artificial intelligence infrastructure for $17.4 billion over the next five years. The total contract

value could expand to $19.4 billion if Microsoft decides to acquire additional capacity. All of this

information is coming from a form

6K filed on Monday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Under this multi-year agreement,

Nebius will deliver dedicated capacity to Microsoft from its data center in Vineland, New Jersey,

starting later this year.

In M&A news, Novartis will acquire Termaline Bio for $48 a share in cash or a total equity value of approximately $1.4 billion.

The company said in a release today that the drug underscores the potential of termaline's

drug aimed at treating cardiovascular diseases.

This deal is a 59% premium to Termaline's closing stock price on Monday. The deal is expected to

close in the fourth quarter of this year pending customary closing conditions. Until that time,

Termaline will continue to operate as a separate and independent company.

And the NFL's debut on YouTube drew an average of 17.3 million viewers on Friday, according to data from Nielsen and YouTube.

The number is based on the average minute audience methodology or AMA. This is different from how
