So this week I'm talking to Tina Rasman about her book, A Journey Through the Heavens, My Near Death

Experiences and After Effects, a spiritual memoir. And in this episode, we talk about Tina's two

near death experiences. Hi there, Tina. Thanks a lot for coming on the podcast.

Hi, Simon. Thank you. So we're going to be talking about your book. It's called A Journey Through

the Heavens, My Near Death Experiences and the After Effects, a spiritual memoir. So could you tell us,

how did your first near-death experience start?

Well, I had allergies to grass and weeds and I decided to go to an allergy doctor.

He suggested taking a series of 10 shots and I agreed to do that. So I was about 26, well, I was 26 at the time.

And the visit that I went to where I actually had the NDE was the ninth visit to the doctor

out of 10. And usually what you have to do is sit out in the waiting room for

about 15 minutes to make sure there's no any type of reaction. And so I had done this before and

I almost left but decided, well, no, it's only 10 or 15 minutes. So I sat there and after just a few minutes, I started feeling a reaction.

It started at my waistline, a very strong, very hot heat and it radiated down my leg.

So I got up to tell the receptionist who walked me around the corner to a examination room,

but I didn't make it.

My knees buckled and I slowly fell to the floor.
