splash that a prominent businessman had spent half a million pounds on an injunction to stop the paper

reporting allegations of sexual harassment and bullying.

The rumors of who this was exploded on Thursday when Peter Hayne used parliamentary privilege in the House of Lords

to feel that it was Sir Philip Green, the retail top shop mogul.

Did he do the right thing and do non-disclosure agreements need for forming.

So Miranda Green, let's begin with the specifics of this case.

The Daily Telegraph has been conducting an eight-month investigation into Sir Philip Green and had spoken to lots of people who put forward allegations about his

behavior.
