I think his defensive season is one of the best seasons I've ever seen from a college football player and guess what, it almost didn't happen. He almost went home and left Nebraska.

0:20.0

We'll talk about his pro career moving on some of the quarterbacks he's played with and against and stuff he's doing off the field as well and life advice.

I'm excited to talk to endomic and sue 13 years in league. We're kind of waiting on where that next season will be and I know he's been asked about a million times five time all pro.

0:38.0

I actually first met you. I don't know that you would remember but Vampel and I were doing the radio show down Miami in 2010 for the Super Bowl when you were waiting to be drafted.

There was all sorts of rain so you had to come indoors and hang out with us and you were with your group and it was just fun because everybody knew Scott at that time and I just got done watching you have this incredible season of Nebraska.

1:02.0

It's just it's crazy to think yeah here we are 13 plus years later going to be Hall of Famer and you know think a lot of things have changed.

1:11.0

Yeah a lot of things have changed big family now and yeah back in 2010 I had been Russ Spielman my sister and I think I was I know I was down there for one of my best friends.

1:23.0

I was actually playing in that Super Bowl Cody Glent from playing for eight and half was Colts so definitely enjoyed my time down there except for they lost that Super Bowl unfortunately.

1:36.0

Yeah that's right it was it was good week was my first Super Bowl down there with the show so probably probably a better week for you though coming up on this year because I know you've been talking about it nonstop.

1:46.0

Anyone that I've known that's played in the league you're basically in the dream scenario right like hey let me know and camps over and I'll see you guys week one is that fair to say that that's the timeline for you.

1:56.0

Yeah there's no doubt and I was on and a fun network the other day during some media stuff which was fun and exciting and until to the axis but.

2:05.0

On story short I had made that comment and actually got some phone calls to offer that comment said hey we're interested in you know rush but we're looking at taking some visits or wanting to take some a visit in and whatnot so it's super interesting to see that I'm lucky enough to not have to go from camp but.

2:23.0

They know my track record of always being ready for week one and beyond.

2:28.0

Is camp that bad is it like some of my friends will tell me straight if it's pointless and I'll be like look I get that is the non player you don't want to hear my perspective there has to be some point you can just have every guide show up.

2:40.0

But yeah go ahead for sure for sure not I think there's value in camp especially as a young book got to understand the rules and regulations and how things kind of come together but.

2:52.0

For a guy my age and the mileage that I've been going through I'm like I never come out of games like.

3:00.0

Even if I'm at camp I'm in a reserve role where I'm just basically just standing there and sitting and watching most of the time unless we're enjoying practices like that's where the last maybe two or three seasons that I was enjoying practices with teens my coach would be like hey.

3:16.0

You're going to have it easy not worried about you when we go to join practices I need to show out and then I'll give you all the rest of the world so it's like.

3:24.0

You go out there you get a clip glance no just like everybody knows you got that third preseason game you got to show off her half a half a game or quarter of a game and then you get the rest of the time off and prepare for the real game so.

3:36.0

For me at this stage of my career it's definitely nice and not have to go to camp but be able to roll right in and.

3:44.0

I've always told people there's only so many ways you can play three technique.

3:48.0

So yeah I know you're not going to tell me you're not going to tell me but what what goes into the decision like it's clear you're going to play this year.
