Speaking of mass, our high-wire hero of this week is dealing directly with mass.

I had an opportunity to go up to North Dakota and help out representative Jeff Hoverson

who has worked on a couple of different laws, both on trying to restrict people, be able

to forcefully vaccinate you to go to school or, you know, the coronavirus vaccine

or go to work, but he also has several mass laws and it looked like those really caught

fire.

This is where that story was in January.

Take a look at this.

State lawmakers are now discussing legislation to prevent any more mass mandates and bring

the state of emergency to an end.

A small group of lawmakers who have spoken out against the mass mandate since the spring

are trying to make future mandates illegal or try to expand exceptions.

Under the first bill, any elected official or political entity would lose the ability

to require face masks, shields, or any kind of face covering by order, specifically for

entry, education, employment, or services.

Representative Hoverson wrote two bills going after mass-mandated authorities.

We tried to mask, let's ditch that now and let's look to some better solutions.

And I'm not just condemning something.

I'm promoting a build-up immunity program.

So rather than mask up North Dakota, it ought to be a build-up North Dakota.
