Greetings and welcome to a Tuesday edition of the shotgun start. It is May 30th. Andy, how are we doing?

Brendan! I'm doing all right. I've been laid up all weekend. The snack injury is not going away. It's a bit of a problem.

I spent numerous hours in doctor's offices this weekend and still extremely limited. How are you doing?

I'm okay. I'm a little worse for the wear. Not because I'm a moral day, because of my kids killed me, just crushed me this morning.

They went to one had a play date at their friend's house, and they watched a horror movie, like a short horror movie, 10 minutes, and you could find anything on the internet is terrible, it's terrible.

So I've been up since four in the morning, which I knew we were going early, and the kids like scared shitless and probably should be, I searched it myself.

So I'm just worse for the wear. You know, you wake up, and if you go for your phone, you're just toast.

If you go for your toast, and I sat there 15 minutes, I was like, I know it's like make a break, I could just start this day super early.

I knew I had to prepare for this pod, or as much as we'd like to prepare. I went for my phone, and I was done.

I was toast. Well, prepare for the pod. Before I am, this five hours ago, when we're recording this.

Well, I knew I had intervening in the school prep, but I'd make lunches and get all the rugrats out the door.

What was me? I've just said this horror movie. I mean, I'll find anything on the internet that's terrible for it when you got, you know,

you got an adolescence of toddlers, things like that. So not as bad. I'd rather that than whatever you got going out with your neck deal. That sounds awful, man.

It's not fun, man. I, you realize how crippling it could be in terms of like just daily tasks. Like I just like, I hate getting up in the morning.

I look painful to get out of bed. So, yeah, it's getting a little bit better. I think we're on the mend, but hopefully, hopefully one of these is the last day.

I don't know. I'm not sure if I need to seek a second opinion. You know, obviously, there aren't many doctors available on Memorial Day weekend.
