Okay. First weekend of the NCAA tournament in the books, and I am taping this. It is Tuesday. I want to take a little quick look back on

everything that went down over the first weekend. Talk about the 16 teams that are still

standing. Quick little look ahead to the exciting Sweet 16 and Elite 8 weekend,

and we'll get you out of here. So Purdue is one of those teams that is advancing and took down two

mid-majors in High Point, a good offensive team that Purdue was able to slow them down and beat them up on

the glass. I thought was a huge part of that game.

And then knocked off McNeese as well. And McNeese, pretty good move from Will Wade against

Clemson to throw some matchup zone at the Tigers early in that game. Hadn't showed it all year.

And it flustered Clemson to the tune of the Tigers scoring 13 points in the first half against Clemson.

Yikes.

But it was kind of a role reversal as Purdue got off to a hot start, 27 to 11 on top of McNeice.

The free throw line was big.
