to college football the first one is an emergency legislation to address schools adding transfer student athletes to their football

roster if the student athlete did not provide notification of their wish to transfer during

football's January window.

So basically something we've alluded to on the podcast over the last couple months,

that there's going to be maybe a de facto spring transfer portal window it's not

finalized yet still needs to be approved by the d1 cabinet but if the measure is approved uh in and you

go against these rules where you take a transfer who doesn't enter the portal, like we've
