We come to you as we get ready to start another year of March Madness, the NCAA tournament.

And for those of you who are fans, and today I think most people are, even if you're a very casual college basketball fan, you know what?

You have your bracket. You're in your pools. I mean, that's part of the bracket has become part

of Americana. It's become part of offices all over America in the afternoon. People

rooting for upsets. This seems in. This teams out. You know, the first couple of games, everyone's waiting until their bracket gets ripped. And, you know, it'll get ripped at some point. But the point is, when you're going to rip your bracket? Because you're not going to be the one to put together the great bracket. No one's ever put together the perfect bracket. Warren Buffett used to offer money. There's never been one.

Cal in a pit. They didn't even have great games, but they got big into college sports and they got the NCAA tournament.

And they brought me in because I had done a lot of work and writing and I had had some

success with certain tournaments that they had noticed and some things I had done in magazines and different things.
