eye on college basketball podcast where we sometimes discuss camel fighting and leaky

black Matt Norlander is here with me and some fairly big breaking news earlier today.

The NCAA has announced that the entire 2021 NCAA tournament will be held in one geographical

location. Norlander, you were on a media call with the NCAA's Dan Gavett earlier this

afternoon. So I'll let you handle the details. What did we learn about the NCAA tournament

this afternoon?

Biggest thing is that normally the tournament has 13 sites right around the country. That's

not going to happen in 2021 and that's a good thing. We have talked about this on the

podcast. We talked about it in August, built around a, we had a three-part series actually

that went up about how we should hold the season in general from the regular season all

the way through the tournament. And one of those columns that I wrote was a detail. Listen,

I handed the blueprint to the NCAA and they went with it. What do you want me to say

here? They're going to go and try and do this in Indianapolis. That's not yet official.
