We had a great belief in our locker room, we didn't have to do anything special, just be us. I was so proud of this team, we had so much fun and out of being legal.

Any idiot can say whatever they want and they usually do and they're negative. And all I see to me, I've gotten to a point now when I see things like that, I feel sorry that those people feel that way.

That their lives don't have the purpose, the passion and the excitement and the enjoyment that some of us do.

Our purpose is to win, make no mistake about it, but it's to win the right way. And our goal, our stated goal, is going to be to win the S.E.C. East.

Talk about the reception you received from the fan base. Do you think you'd be kissing the hugging babies at the tarmac when you got the point?

A lot better than another tarmac experience that I had. I didn't think of it as like an anniversary or something like that.

We're coming, we're coming, and we ain't back in now.

And as my, as the head football coach at South Carolina, my job is to do what I feel is best for the University of South Carolina football program today and going forward in the future.

That's what I did. We wish him well and have nothing but we wish him well.

Just, you know, I know the people like to shit on the spring games and all that, but I'll take that over nothing because here in a couple, just a couple days, I mean, we're going to be in the dark, dark days of the offseason.

I thought it was just last Saturday was the closest we got to a game day in months.

Absolutely, man. Do you know, you know what's worse than spring games?

Watching highlights of spring games three weeks later because there's nothing on TV.

So I loved it, man. I loved the live action. Obviously, you'd, you'd love the idea.

I love that gun the idea about playing other teams and stuff like that.

You know, I think these teams a lot of them did well and made it competitive, made it fun.
