Apparently, Nancy State did not put respect on his name because I said, hey, man, by all means.

By all means, we have a lot to get into today.

A lot of sports phone calls to get into because you could imagine the sports phone was popping.

I was in the Ford Ice Center in Bellevue just outside Nashville and I'm in the sports bar watching the second half and overtime of the NC State, Kansas game. And sure enough, I kept getting that Gmail notification. It's the sports phone. More and more stuff. We can do it. We can make the whole show out of the sports phone. I'm going to do my best not to because a lot of them start to kind of repeat themselves after a while. You kind of get the gist. So we'll get into that.

We'll also welcome on former columnist of the News and Observer, Luke DeCock.

Something that we've known about for a while, but he made it official over the weekend,

that Friday was his last day with the News and Observer after 25 years and being a longtime columnist, friend of the program, friend in general, friend in

real life.

And we'll spend a considerable amount of time talking about really the last 25 years and

where things are and where things are headed.

So looking forward to that conversation.
