rejoined by NFL Hall of Famer, a great coach, studio analyst of football night in America,

the one and only Tony Dunjy. How are you doing today, Tony? I'm doing well, guys. What's going on up there in Chicago?

Well, you know, we have to talk Justin Fields, but, you know, now that got bumped because we have to find out your feelings on your former player, former center, Jeff Saturday, getting the head coaching job for the coach, your old position, having never coached in the pros a day in his life.

How did you feel and did you know that that was actually going to take place?

I did not know that was coming. I was probably just as amazed as most of the country was.

I'd actually talked to Jeff about four days earlier. We're trying to work on me coming down for

speaking engagement in this home area in Atlanta.

And hadn't talked about this at all.

Of course, we talked about the Colts a little bit and how we could get them going.

But I can kind of understand how Jim Ursay was feeling.

I personally wouldn't have made a move at this time.

I think Stan, of course course gives you the best chance

to win games right now and possibly make the playoffs. But I know what he was looking at. Somebody

who can lead, who can galvanize, who can bring the group together. And he felt Jeff could do that.

Also, when they were playing really well and they were a playoff team, their offensive line was the focal point of the team.
