| 0:55.3 | losers. I feel like we have a lot to get to as we usually do on Monday. So let's jump right |
| 0:59.7 | into our winners. TK., get us started. Who's your big winner of the NBA weekend? |
| 1:04.5 | Got to be the Memphis Grizzlies. Getting a winner of the weekend from me to very |
| 1:09.4 | quality wins for Memphis over the weekend. They beat the Lakers |
| 1:12.4 | in L.A. on Friday, and then they beat the Sons yesterday in Phoenix with no John Morant. He was out |
| 1:18.3 | with a shoulder injury that apparently happened at some point against the Lakers on Friday, |
| 1:22.7 | but they don't really know when. Friday night, it was a smackdown. They ran the Lakers |
| 1:25.8 | completely out of the gym, had LeBron saying, we just suck right now in post game. Memphis hit a season high, 23, three-pointers in this game, eight from Marcus Smart, five from Jaron Jackson Jr., five from Desmond Bain, a couple from Zaire Williams, who I think also caught 100 alley-oops in this game. I don't know if he made a shot that wasn't either a three-pointer or an alley-oop. He was playing well in his hometown. On Sunday, the Grizzlies came back from down 11 in the fourth quarter to beat the Sons, who have some injuries, but they had their big three out on the court together with Kevin Durant, returning to the lineup. Memphis held Phoenix to 18 points in the fourth quarter. |
| 2:05.4 | Jaron Jackson Jr. again was great in this one, 28 points, 10 rebound, six assists. |
| 2:12.6 | Desmond Bain went for 23, 5, and 5, and Marcus Smart. Another good game. 25, 6, and 8, went 4 for 13 from 3. |
| 2:34.4 | It's the first time all season. He's hit four or more threes in back-to-back games. Of course, he went 04, I think, 13 in the three games previous, but you have to be encouraged if you're a Grizzlies fan that Smart is at least on the hot side of his streak because it has not been a great season thus far for Marcus Smart after the trade. But Memphis is doing all right. They were six and 19 during John Morant's suspension. |
