I'm Sam Amick, NBA National Writer at The Athletic, here with usual suspect, Anthony Slater, from the beautiful airport in Denver, maybe my least favorite airport in the NBA circuit. What's

that, brother? It is packed here. I can already tell, I'm going to go through security soon.

It is one of the most common connecting flights in the league, I feel like, Denver. One of the reasons

I think you're saying it's your least favorite is because it takes

about what, 35, 40 minutes to get from the airport to downtown. Yeah, disclaimer, first world

problems. We're lucky enough to cover sports for a living and travel to see these games. Okay,

don't, don't come at me, people. But it's very far from downtown. It's massive.

And security is typically pretty long.

That is actually, I guess I'll give them a free promo.

That's the place where I paid for the clear access for the simple fact that I was going to miss my flight if I didn't.

And so, you know, they hit me in the pocketbook because the system there doesn't work as well as you might hope that it does but it's huge once you get in it might take you 25

30 minutes to to take your shuttle and get to the terminal it's just large and you know and when

you're trying to get home that's always a little bit tricky but go ahead you got something

you're just saying you're previewing my life about 45 minutes from now as I make that

trip.
