This is a big one, guys. We'll be reacting to what's happened, what's still to come, and welcoming many guests from the sports ethos network throughout the day until this trade deadline hits.

We're going to start out by talking about trades that have happened since yesterday's show. Doc, looking dapper as always. How you doing over there, sir? You ready to go? Nice jacket, brew. Nice job. No, you know, you just biff it up a little bit.

It's the trade deadline. You know, in many ways, it's kind of like the culmination of all of the different efforts of the season. I feel like when we get to the trade deadline, it's like that Polar Express roller coaster you just start going straight down the hill and everything starts going super fast we're

either in play by it or probably head-to-head playoff leagues. And in roto leagues, it just flies as well. So we want to get you guys some league winners and make sure you guys navigate all of the various hype and get you guys on the right track. Let's start with the Brooklyn Nets, a big one. Brooklyn Nets in Toronto Raptors agreeing on a multi-team trade sending Chris Paul to the Raptors in Oce Abaji, a 2032 Raptors second rounder and cash to the Nets.

The Raps are not going to have Chris Paul report to the team, and they could still discuss trades involving him over the next day.

No action there. The Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to trade

Lonzo Ball and two second round picks to the Utah Jazz. Lonzo Ball is expected to be waived.

That's a pretty interesting situation because Lonzo Ball might be able to help a team.

We haven't seen a ton of him this season, but no fantasy action there either.

The first bit of trade news that's at least

somewhat actionable, your Atlanta Hawk, Steve, they're acquiring center Jock Landale from the

Utah Jazz for cash consideration. I actually want to step this up a little bit. This is not just like

sort of actionable, but this takes a center out of the equation in Utah.

Also, uh, Jack Landale, you know, has had a pretty good season for the Memphis Grizzlies and now he's playing in Atlanta.

So, so Doc, let's start with the Atlanta side of this.

Uh, does, is there any interest at all for Jack Landale for you?

A little bit because of the Okongwu mouth injury.

I mean, I think Landale is a much more accomplished backup than Muhammad Gay, Mo Gay.

So there is a little bit of intrigue there.
