I'm sure a lot of you care about that.

Speaking of basketball, I saw that Craig Carton made news for saying that nobody in America cares about women's sports. He's not wrong, by the way. It's good that someone will actually say these things. Unfortunately, Carton is kind of out of sight, out of mind. He's like me. He's doing a podcast, basically, and I'm sure he's got a bigger audience than I do, and that's fine. I'm not jealous or anything like that. But, like, good for him. I like Craig. But he goes off on some sort of rant about how no one cares about women's sports or women's basketball. And thank God someone still says these things. Like, you feel like you're forced to find a kind of fall in line with this public idea of things like there's this public

perception that everybody in the world now cares about women's basketball and women's

basketball matters and it doesn't dude the NBA barely matters for most of the year do you

think that women's basketball matters no one gives a shit like you're you're a charity

organization you get pity from a bunch of people you get coverage essentially because people feel like they have to give you coverage. I'm not saying that there aren't more WNBA fans than they used to be, because there are. You know, 15, 20 years ago would be a total laughing stock. Now they do have enough of an audience where it's a viable product for that audience, but it's never going to be a big mainstream thing unless you have a race war like you had with Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, which drives out the Clay Travis's of the world to talk about the WNBA because they're like, ooh, race war. Other than that, there's nothing. It's a waste of time and no one cares. The championship series ended like last week. Who won it?

I think Vegas did because occasionally I would bet on it because I'm a degenerate.
