beautiful audience another portion of our interview with our good friend Tom Haberstro. This is fun because we talked to Tom about some

rule changes that Adam Silver might want to consider when it comes to ruling the NBA. Check it out.

I'm very hungry right now. But before I can eat, I've got to introduce my good friend Tom

Habistro who joined us here from Yahoo Sports, from the finder substack, and of course, he is a television analyst for the Portland Trailblazers.

Tom, I tasked you with coming up with some rules changes you'd like to see, not ones that are on the horizon.

We're hypothetical people.

We like to live beyond the curve and try to push the limits of the game.

You know, Charlotte, years and years ago, Tom wrote a story that A, he said we need a four-point line.

And B, probably the most important story Tom has ever written, which is Steph Curry doesn't shoot enough threes.

Do you remember that one, Tom?

Yeah.

I think I demanded that Steph Curry take 10 three-pointers in a game, and people thought I was bonkers.

Like, I was off my rocker that I would ever, ever ask for a shooter to shoot 10 times in a game.

And now everybody averages 10.

That's crazy.

When Tom wrote this, this was 2014, Tom?

Yeah, right around there.

Yep.

Yeah.

So Curry was averaging about seven or eight attempts a game.

And then within two years of writing that, it went to 11, 10, 9.8, 11.7, 9.8.
