I'm doing all right. You turn the speed dial up there. So anyone to listen to this podcast

at 1.5 times speed is going to struggle with your intro there. That was, that was rapid.

It just happens, man. Sometimes you got to turn it up real quick. I feel like, I feel like it's

tough for me to listen at 1.5 speed anyway because I talk with the same speed as Buddy Healed,

which is just immensely quick most of the time. I really have to fight to slow myself down in terms of talking.
