Was there a light switch moment for you in high school or even before that

I didn't think that you know I was capable to be a part of an organization that was held in that high of a regard.

Straight to Buds, Buds Class 278. After SQT I went to SEAL teammate.

We shifted locations and we went to North Africa.

That embassy had gotten hammered, dude. We spent a couple of months there doing good work.

Where did the running bud come from?

In the military, I guarantee you you're being challenged physically and mentally.

I realized that I was going to need something else in my life that challenged me in that way.

There's a certain type of race that happens within the ultra running community.

And it's called a last man standing race.

You have about 100 people show up and the whistle goes off.

You run until only one person's left.
