Hello, fellow Rebel Capital. Hope you're well. I wanted to go over the presentation that I gave at Limitless.

And because I think the main question on everyone's mind from a standpoint of macro

is what is going to happen with interest rates.

So are they going to go down,

they're going to go up, mortgage rates,

could I get maybe a 3% mortgage in the next six months of the Fed drops

rates?

And then what on earth is going to happen with inflation?

Is it going to be re-acceleration, back up to 9%, maybe even higher, disinflation, deflation.

So these are the topics that I tried to address using the typical, the usual suspects suspects yield curve unemployment rate, but we added derivatives.

So let me do a screen share and I think you guys are really going to enjoy this because we're going to get into the weed.

So here is the presentation I gave.

So we start off by asking the question, what's going to happen to inflation, what's going to happen to interest rates.

Now, what's interesting about this presentation is I actually wasn't supposed to do it.

So what happened is

Jeff Snyder was supposed to do the presentation

and his flight got canceled.

So about two hours prior to,

and it was by the way the first presentation

of the whole show, the whole conference.

So a few hours before the presentation,

they asked me if I would do it instead of Jeff and so I said sure yeah I talked about this stuff all the time
