Alright folks, here we go on a Friday. I love when my friends stop by and this is one of my closest friends.

And it's a blessing to have a psychologist with the credentials and the experience that this guy has.

Especially when you have all of my problems as he likes to point out,

every time on the show Dr. Lesper, it joins us again here on the Ken Coleman show, less how are you?

I'm good. You know, you don't appreciate as much as your wife stays.

She appreciates my relationship with you.

That's a fact. That is an absolute fact in more ways than one.

Okay, so this is fun. Less has been on the program many times and continues in the rotation.

But today we've got some email questions from you folks. You said, hey, I want to know what Dr. Lesper,

it says here. So less, this is fun here. This one Derek has been listening to show.

He says, I've been listening to Ken for a while. I know that I want to change careers to follow my passion.

The only thing is that it will move my family across the country away from my wife's family and support system.

We have three kids under the age of four and I don't think she will be too happy at the prospect of leaving the help she currently gets from having family close by.

What can I do to convince her or am I being selfish?

Well, interesting question because I think the answer is found within the question.

He's saying, what can I do to convince her? He already has the agenda. He's made up his mind, right?

So it's obvious that this is not a question for him that's still in play or in process.

He's like, what do I do to make it happen?

And that's a difficult place to be and I understand it because we're all human and we all have our own agenda.

And she has her agenda too.

So you know this as well as I do, Ken, they need to have a serious powwow and they need to get our yellow pad a paper and start to list out the advantages and disadvantages to both scenarios.
