All right, so today we are talking all about soul lessons.

So one of the biggest, I guess, reasons why we as souls are here on this planet, but also the reason why your soul is anywhere in the entire universe is because we are here to learn.

We are here to access information based on the limitations

that we are presented with in the incarnation we choose in order to gain access to insights,

vibrations, experiences, and lessons for the greater whole. You are not just learning for you, you are learning for the

collective, for everyone. So how do we navigate a sole lesson? Now, first of all, many of us

live our entire lives without having any idea that A, we're actually here with a lesson in particular, and

B, typically we have no idea what that lesson is even if we knew that we were here to learn a

lesson. So today, I want to give you a little overview of how to figure out what that lesson is

and then essentially how to learn it. And so I started learning myself about

soul lessons when I went into past lifetimes. When I started doing past life regressions for others,

I started to realize that every lifetime was specifically so for a reason, for a lesson, for something in particular.

And that really helped my clients when I was giving past life regressions to better understand

their current dynamics and situations. As a matter of fact, a lot of the times when I went into

past lifetimes or they even saw their own past lifetimes, they would say, wow, this feels so

similar to my current life. This is so similar to my current dynamics. And what I also ended up

finding out was the majority of the past lifetimes

that would come through, whether it be them getting regressed or me regressing myself into

their Akashic records, would always be the same lesson that they were learning from that

past lifetime. They are learning from this life. And that is for a
