Hello again, beautiful, beautiful beings, and welcome back to another episode of Expand with yours truly

0:27.5

Elizabeth April. Today we are talking all about our loved ones. That's right. Good old family members and friends and neighbors and all of the

0:45.1

people in your life. When I talk about human issues or human challenges, it usually has to do, you guessed it, with other humans.

0:59.7

Like, you know, part of me understands that we are social creatures who need connection to

1:08.8

others and, you know, support and all of that great stuff that, you know,

1:14.5

societies are built on. However, the society that we all live in is so limited. It's so,

1:23.7

I don't want to say corrupt. It's so skewed. It's so twisted that no one actually has the skills

2:35.3

capable of giving it, or B, not willing to give it. So you settle. You settle for service-level,

2:44.2

subpar, drab relationships that are in a cycle of enablement and disappointment and exhaustion.

2:57.7

So hopefully, hopefully, hopefully, you're at a place where your relationships are breaking down,

3:04.0

where you no longer have really a lot of people in your life, if anyone at all in your life.

3:12.2

And that's a process that we have to go through.

3:15.5

In order to shift all of the relationships and dynamics in our life into a higher vibration,
