puberty this week on the podcast. And so that's a big thing that a lot of people ask us on

So Lauren did a great job of doing Q&A for it. And we have some questions. And we're just going to kind of go through them and bang them out.

So Lauren, let's start with our first question about puberty.

Okay. So first question is, some signs of early

puberty an eight-year-old daughter in extra weight in abdominal area. How can I help? So first,

you know, I think we should point out that it is starting earlier and earlier than it ever has been

before.

And it's more common.

You see a lot more girls dealing with us today than before.

I think the typical age should be similar to where you started when you were a child,

you know, a teenager.

So I would say typically, you know, somewhere in the 12 to 15 range.

Sometimes it could be a 16 year old, if that was normal for the mom.

But I would say typically a little bit, you know, in that teenager time.

If we have, you can start seeing some pre-puberty

signs, you know, 10, 11, 12, of course, that's fine. When we start going down to like eight,

seven seeing some development of puberty, then we really do want to address it. And there's
