And so my feed was just full of all of these authors and writers and editors and reviewers and it got to be too much because it was really I found it really hard like really challenging to constantly see and kind of follow and track what other

come through and it was just too stressful to just kind of see every day like what other people were doing and then automatically you know I would compare myself to them even if there was no reason to because the type of book that we were writing had nothing you

and so I actually I mean I didn't like delete my accounts or anything but I

just stopped spending time on Facebook.
