sick with COVID. How can I heal naturally and quickly? Well, one of the things that's very different about

COVID than certain other types of coronaviruses, which has been a type of cold virus throughout

history, is that it affects our blood a little bit more. Sometimes it can cause some clotting

and also affects the lungs, as many colds do,

but you want to really work on your cardiovascular system and take herbs, vitamins, and supplements

that help. I would say for starters, zinc has been found to be probably the most important. Zinc followed

by vitamin D. Now, there are certain types of viruses and colds that vitamin C tends to respond better to,

but with COVID in particular, I believe,
