0:31.2	alan my family's going through a lot it's one of those times of reflection when you know you realize
0:34.8	you're getting older you're losing family members and sometimes you don't have a lot to get in order to be great those are the moments when you have to find
0:40.9	something you have to find something a little extra dig a little deeper to be great so in order to be
0:46.1	great you have to be great and as I heard that quote I was thinking to myself with what we just did right
0:51.4	we built the rocket ship now we're trying to go to the moon. Yep.
0:59.3	And I'm thinking of all of the hurdles or the obstacles that we may have to face that would stop us from being great.

1:05.7	As I really thought to myself, what is the biggest issue we've had?
