lake. I know you've been hearing this, but literally July and August, I feel like

my calendar is so booked. I worked during the week and then pretty much on

Friday. We have company. We have guests or I'm with family through Sunday.

And I am all about that healthy lifestyle, like hardcore because without it,

I can't reach my dreams. I can't do all the things I want. I don't feel

good. I lose all my energy, but I'm also all about balance.

So sometimes on the weekends, I'm going to be having cocktails and I am

going to be eating whatever my family is making. And with that can come a lot

of bloating and inflammation, especially because during the week, I try my best

to eat really clean, but something that I've been doing in order to kind of

negate that and make myself feel better right away, even through the weekends

is I am drinking a ton of water, not just water. I am adding lemon to it. And
