Please. And welcome to Take Back Your Mind podcast, Life Question of the

Week. I love answering these questions. I love my life. I love what I get to be,

and I love what I get to be, transmutes itself into what I get to do. And so this question

is from an individual by the name of Robert.

He says for the past seven years I've been on a continued path of spiritual awakening.

This is causing friction in my marriage due to the ever-expanding difference in views between my wife and me.

I understand and respect her individuality and she does the same for me at a

base level. But I'm trying to expand my insight and I sometimes feel there's a

harness restricting me. Yet I love my wife dearly at the same time. I understand she's on her own path and that spirituality

isn't a part of it. Can you offer any advice on how to handle this? This is a fork in the road

that pretty much many, many relationships and friendships come to. And that is when an individual

begins to expand their awareness,

it begins to make central what used to be at the peripheral,

maybe an individual was a looky-loo and slightly interested in spirituality,

but when that becomes central and their character begins to change and the life begins to change,

it affects all relationships. It affects friendships. It affects marriages. It affects intimate

partnerships because the individual that entered into that relationship is no longer the same

individual. So there has to be adjustment. So on your end, the fruitage of your

spiritual path, one, is non-judgmentalism. So when you say, you know, spirituality, she's not a part of that,

maybe miss, maybe no. Maybe not now.

But you don't judge that.
