The key plaintiff dropped the case and walked away, so not only was he not required by the judge to testify in this lawsuit, even though we tried to subpoena him, we couldn't even mention him in the lawsuit.

The jury had this much of the story and yet still truth prevailed.

It's one side, they literally paint a false picture and you're not allowed to say it's a false picture and here's the evidence of why it's false and yet somehow the jury figured that you know you and I've had this conversation offline as a lover of justice and the law and all of those things.

When you can't say, everybody's supposed to get their day in court and you're supposed to say here's one side here's the other side okay jury decide and the fact that you're literally like choked out and boot on your neck as you're trying to tell your side of the story and yet the jury still saw.
