1:13.7	And let's start with some introductions. Who are we? And how are we using AI? Let's cross to you,
1:19.3	Mae. Thanks, Nigel. Very glad to be here. So I'm Meshu, a regional head of tech for SOWA SEAPAC.
1:26.9	And I'm also a regional head of tech for SOVAAC. And I'm also a consultant.
1:30.6	I'm actually very cautious in adopting AI myself.
1:34.5	So I definitely believe AI has a transformational impact across all.
1:40.3	But it is not a silver bullet.
1:43.3	So actually at home, I used to, like, say,
1:46.3	call some of my case questions used to call them as, like, Google questions.
1:50.7	Now I call them actually like a chat GPT questions.
1:54.0	So when the case asking those, I redirect them to that way.
1:57.4	So on work, actually, like Gemini deep research has become my new favorite.
