| 1:33.0 | from rolling back Medicare and Social Security to defaulting on the national debt to eliminating whole government agencies. |
| 1:41.0 | But because these policies are totally unworkable, they never happen. |
| 1:46.0 | The lesson that the base has internalized is that it was constantly being betrayed by cowardly moderates. |
| 1:53.0 | The solution now is to maintain a permanent vice-script on the speaker, ensuring that he will always do what the hard-liners want. |
| 2:01.0 | This is, as many have noted, a recipe for permanent blackmail and constant chaos. |
| 2:08.0 | The Republican Party's troubles are severe. Newt Gingrich told Axios that the party is in its worst shape in almost six decades. |
