This is the busted open podcast. We have a new intercontinental champion in her name is Maxine

to Prie. I, first of all, I'm sad that I wasn't there for it because I would have loved to have been there for her, that big moment.

But I was on a flight and I wasn't able to be there.

And so I remember like getting a text message about like, vaccine just won.

And I was like, I'm on a plane. I can't like like, like I wanted to like, you know, go live on Instagram or like show my reaction. But I didn't want the guy sitting next to me on the plane to get scared when I was like internally screaming up and down and jumping in my seat because, you know, it's a plane and I want to get arrested mid-flight. Pilot gets on the,

you know, gets on the overhead and he's like, hey, we got a crazy lady in, you know, in the cabin.

But I was so excited. I was flying from Florida to New York. And I just was, because, I mean,

it's not just that, yes, she, she won her first championship.

She, she beat Becky Lynch.

And Becky is, of course, a, you know, one of the best women in our whole entire division,

one of the best, one of the best in the world.

And it's not just her saying it.

But she's, you know, Becky made events at WrestleMania.

And so it's a big deal that Maxine beat Becky.

It's a big deal that Maxine won her first championship.
